REMAKES & ALTERATIONS POLICIES
We believe that once someone has a perfect fitting shirt or pant they come back time and time again to buy a consistent fit and impeccable quality from Woodies. This is why we invest so much into our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
In most cases we nail the fit of your custom shirts or bottoms on the first try, but sometimes your item(s) need further iterations to ensure that the fit is perfect.
If you need to submit a request for a remake, do so here.
- Alteration or remake requests must be submitted within 60 days of when you receive your item(s).
- International customers will be charged a subsidized reshipping fee (~$20) to ship remakes internationally.
- In some cases Woodies will require customers to ship shirts back to The Woodies HQ. Customers are required to pay return shipping costs.
- The Perfect Fit Guarantee applies to first time orders only.
- Once your remake request is sent it will take 2-4 weeks to receive remade item(s)
- Exchanges and remakes are subject to stock and fabric availability. If your fabric is not available you can choose replacement fabric of equal or lesser value.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Although very rare (the vast majority of customers opt for complimentary remakes, or exchanges for different fabric), if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund (within 60 days) or store credit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES
- Shirts must be returned within 60 days of when they were purchased to quality for a refund or store credit.
- It’s okay if a shirt is laundered and worn, but any returned shirts with stains or visible wear will not be accepted.
- Garments MUST be folded and packaged neatly otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and are processed in 5-10 business days.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Woodies (see address below). The customer may select their carrier of choice, and is responsible for postage.
- Woodies is not liable for returns that are lost in transit. Customers should keep their receipt and tracking numbers on file.
- Customers that we find abuse our return, remake or exchange policies may be restricted from making additional purchases.
To initiate a return, send an email to [email protected] with your order number, and your reasons for return.
Once the return is approved, use the carrier of your choice and mail the item(s) to:

*Feel free to return the item(s) in packaging of your choosing. Woodies does not provide return postage.
**Should you choose, Woodies can send a return shipping label to your email. We will deduct $15 from your refund to cover the shipping expenses (US Customers only).

LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- It is up to the customer to ensure that shipping addresses are correct. Woodies is, in no way responsible for incorrect addresses.
- If a package is sent back to our warehouse as undeliverable, the customer will assume any re-shipping costs.
