Fabric

Suit came poorly fitting which I understand. Fabric is thick, unwieldy. Website is terrible. Can not upload to get fitted/remade. . Mediocre customer service in my opinion. Hoping for a better experience

Smooth international transaction

I ordered this from Japan. The clothing was better than I hoped it would be: functionally comforting, with enough pockets, and well designed. What was even better was how smooth and efficient all the international transaction went. Great service!

Outstanding customer service

After my initial review regarding a sizing issue with the custom-made jacket I received, I am here to update my experience. Unbeknownst to me, the tailor had promptly responded to my concerns with a generous offer to send a replacement jacket at no additional cost. Unfortunately, her email had mistakenly been directed to my spam folder, leading to a misunderstanding on my part. Having discovered the email, I feel it's important to correct my earlier review and commend the tailor for her outstanding customer service. The willingness to rectify the issue without any additional charges is a testament to the business's integrity and dedication to quality. I apologize for any inconvenience my initial review may have caused and look forward to receiving the replacement jacket. I appreciate the tailor's quick and professional response and am pleased to recommend her services to others seeking quality custom-made apparel. Thank you for understanding and addressing my concerns so effectively.

Wrong blazer size, poor customer support

Based on the sizing I entered on the website I received a completely different size. E.g. sleeve length delivered 33.75; sleeve length on the website 34.75. The blazer sleeves are noticeable shorter; I’ve also noticed that the left one looks shorter than the right one; after measuring them left one is 31.8 and the right one is 32.6. I’ve contacted customer support and they were quick to offer alteration service. Given that it is not my fault I asked who is going to pay for this service - no reply. In the end I bought a very expensive pair of chinos which are ok-ish; definitely not tailor made. Sorry to say but stay away from this company.
