Color looks nothing like the picture

The color is a bright vibrant red rather than softer more rusty color. Not great.

Classic Navy Stretch Chinos

This time three stars to be good. The packaging service has gotten much worse. The fabric of the pants is so abused that some places look damaged. First the blazer, now the pants that have noticeable creases that look difficult to remove. Make people lose the taste of shopping from you.

Sizing wasn't accurate

The first pair of my Woodies pants fit well...they did require me utilizing the complimentary remake as the original pair was ill fitting. When I got the remade version they were good. So knowing that I had my measurements squared away, I went ahead and purchased two more pair. When I received them, the inseam on both of them were too long and on this pair the inseams didn't even match as one was longer than the other. When I inquired about just returning them as they were wrong, I was told I would be charged a $15 restocking fee for each pair. I explained that the pants were incorrectly made to my measurements and yet they still charged me a total of $30 when I returned both pair. Very poor customer service...you lost a customer.

97% cotton 3% stretch. Peach finishing. 7 oz. Double ply fabric. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry.
