Which should I choose?

Spread – The most versatile collar. Looks good with or without a suit jacket.

Widespread – More aggressive than the normal spread. Looks great with a tie. Best for dressier occasions.

Pinpoint - The all American collar. A more narrow spread.

Button-down - A more casual collar for life in or outside the office

Mini button down – A modern perspective on the button down. We’d recommend this for the weekend or after work party.
Which should I choose?

Single-button Barrel – This is the most versatile cuff. The majority of shirts are single barrel.

Double-button Mitered – This cuff is a little more contemporary. Recommended for guys that are fashion forward.

French – The dressier option. These cuffs are worn with cufflinks. Definite recommendation for anything formal.

Mostly a matter of preference. Generally, the more casual a shirt is, the more common a pocket will be. We would not recommend a pocket on a more formal shirt

If you plan to wear a shirt tucked in or out, we recommend the preselected option of “Both.” If you plan to wear your shirt exclusively tucked in or untucked, then we recommend selecting either “Tucked” or “Untucked.”

Adding darts to the back of the shirt helps remove any excess fabric. It creates a more modern and slim silhouette. For most guys we do not recommend darts.
Which should I choose?

Do you wear a watch? If so, you might want to select your respective watch wrist (left or right). We add an additional .35” to your selected watch cuff.

By default dressier shirts have a standard 2.5” spacing between the top and second button, because these shirts are typically worn with a tie. Casual shirts are typically worn unbuttoned and therefore the spacing between the top and second button is 3.25” giving the shirt a more relaxed look. However, you can select whichever spacing you’d prefer for any shirt you order (is desired).

Love these chambrays!

I have the light blue, navy, and gray chambray shirts, and these are some of my all time favorites. The fabric is light weight like it should be, but still looks sharp and refined. Love them!

Amazing Value in Shirting

Just received my second Woodies shirt after making some very minor tweaks to my measurements based on the fit of my first order now that I’ve had a chance to live in it a bit. Without any hesitation or reservation, the best fit of any shirt I’ve ever owned. The Heathered Light Blue Chambray fabric is perfect for me. Clean and crisp, a basic light blue, but ever so slightly more casual than a traditional Oxford. Can’t wait to try the pants and outerwear.

Close to Perfect

I'm writing this review for those people who would like to buy a made to measure shirt from Woodies but have concerns. My experience with Woodies has been nothing but top notch. I don't know how they do it without seeing me in person, but the shirts I've ordered have been close to perfect. I'm 6'4", and the shirt fits excellently. I have long arms, and the sleeves are the perfect length. The shirt is a little long to be worn untucked, but that a me problem (I have a short torso) not a Woodies problem. I am sure if I poked around in my settings or emailed someone, I could probably have the length shortened a bit. The Heathered Light Blue Chambray shirt is my third shirt from Woodies (I ordered the dark blue shirt as well). The material is fantastic--light but durable. The shirt is highly versatile; it can be easily dressed up or down--worn with jeans, chinos, or with a suit and tie (and because of the light blue color, the shirt will pair with almost anything in your closest). I would add that this shirt is probably not a summer shirt (unless you work in an air conditioned environment). For those people who are worried or have concerns about Woodies made to measure shirts: pull the trigger--they make great shirts.
