United StatesLove the performance shirts... the suit, not so much
I am a big fan of Woodies performance shirts and own several of them, but was disappointed in the suit. The fit was ok, but the fabric (I bought the gray) is just not attractive and the jacket does not hang at all like a real blazer. I have a couple of sweater-type knit blazers made from cotton blends that pack well and I'll be sticking with them as travel wear. I'm afraid I won't be wearing the Performance Suit at all.

Suit came poorly fitting which I understand. Fabric is thick, unwieldy. Website is terrible. Can not upload to get fitted/remade. . Mediocre customer service in my opinion. Hoping for a better experience

JPSmooth international transaction
I ordered this from Japan. The clothing was better than I hoped it would be: functionally comforting, with enough pockets, and well designed. What was even better was how smooth and efficient all the international transaction went. Great service!

After my initial review regarding a sizing issue with the custom-made jacket I received, I am here to update my experience. Unbeknownst to me, the tailor had promptly responded to my concerns with a generous offer to send a replacement jacket at no additional cost. Unfortunately, her email had mistakenly been directed to my spam folder, leading to a misunderstanding on my part. Having discovered the email, I feel it's important to correct my earlier review and commend the tailor for her outstanding customer service. The willingness to rectify the issue without any additional charges is a testament to the business's integrity and dedication to quality. I apologize for any inconvenience my initial review may have caused and look forward to receiving the replacement jacket. I appreciate the tailor's quick and professional response and am pleased to recommend her services to others seeking quality custom-made apparel.
