The bicep measurement is taken around the fullest part of the arm. Refrain from the temptation of flexing to impress the measurer. This measurement happens about 2 inches down from the armpit.
This measurement will be taken at the fullest point of a person’s chest, usually around the nipples. Lift up your arms and wrap the tape measure around the back and to the front. Have the tape snug around your chest, but not tight. Resist the urge to flex. Advice: Avoid wearing thick layers for accurate measurement.
This measurement is taken around the fullest part of the stomach, usually at or around the belly button. Keep tape measure level at the back, and keep a nice, relaxed posture. Advice - Be natural. Don’t stick out or hold in your gut. Leave tape measure snug, but not tight

What size pants do you usually wear?
This measurement is taken around stomach where you would comfortably wear your pants. Do not be surprised if this measurement is at least 2.5” bigger than your “pant waist.”

Grab your favorite pair of pants and measure from the cross section of the crotch seam, up to the top of the front waistband.
